This unique collaboration is near and dear to my heart. Chef Eric Adjepong, a first generation Ghanian-American chef, television personality and author. You might recognize him as a finalist on Top Chef!

We worked closely with Eric to bring his vision to life, honoring his vibrant, colorful Ghanian culture, mixed with an updated New York sense of style. It was an honor to be trusted to design pieces for Eric that are so culturally significant and close to his heart — we wanted to design with authenticity and Chef Eric guided us through the key features and benefits of items we had never seen or used before. I learned so much and feel such pride knowing we brought a small piece of Chef Eric’s culture to a wider audience and helped those from Ghana feel represented at Crate.

I designed all Kitchen items while working closely with the designer on the Entertaining team in order to create a cohesive collection.
